Chairman Wise informed the Council that this subcommittee was still working on its task and was not ready to submit its final findings and recommendations to the Council. The subcommittee will meet several times over the next few weeks and it is now anticipated that its report will be made to the Council at the latter’s 12 November 2002 meeting.
