Gordon Colvin, head of DEC’s Bureau of Marine Resources, made two announcements. The
First was in regard to submitting nominations to the federal government for appointments to the
Mid-Atlantic Regional Fishery Management Council. Submissions should be made now. If
Anyone is interested they can speak to him after the meeting concerning the submission process.
Mr. Colvin also informed the Council that DEC Deputy Commissioner Peter Duncan has
Retired. The new Deputy Commissioner is Lynette Stark.
