The April Council meeting every year is devoted to the review by the Council of marine resource-related legislative proposals currently pending before the New York State Legislature or submitted to the Legislature by DEC. Listed on the attached are the bills scheduled for discussion at the Council’s 15 April 2003 meeting. The majority of these bills are resubmissions from previous years and, on many of these, the Council has a position of record.
