The Council agreed to schedule its first meeting in Calendar 2004 for 13 January 2004. The balance of the Council's regularly-scheduled meetings in Calendar 2004 will be set at this meeting.

All regularly-scheduled meetings of the Council are held at 2:00 pm at DEC’s offices on Belle Mead Road in East Setauket, New York.
