Councilor Relyea asked that the account of the Council’s discussion of Assembly Bill A03164 be revised.  The 2004 Discussion/Action segment of the text should read, “…remove any natural shellfish to public land and plant shellfish”(not planted.)  In the same section, “….shellfish to be cultured can be transplanted to the private lands” (not on.)

With the above changes, the minutes were unanimously approved.
