Subcommittee chairman Joe McBride indicated that the group will meet once more and report its findings to the full Council at the latter’s November 2005 meeting.  Since Councilor Tom Melton, a subcommittee member, has resigned from the Council; Councilor Anthony Somma will be replacing him on the subcommittee.
