Review of marine fishery and marine fishery-related legislation occupied the entirety of the Council’s 15 April 1999 meeting and was continued at the 13 May 1999 meeting. Of the Council’s 15 members, 13 members attended the 13 May 1999 meeting: 6 recreational fishing representatives; 6 commercial fishing representatives; and the chairman.
