Mr. Colvin informed the Council that the shortfall in the financing of the Conservation Fund had been rectified for this year with a $4.1 million infusion from the General Fund, not with the increased hunting and fishing license fees discussed at an earlier Council meeting. Level funding was expected for the DEC budget in FY 2000-2001.
