Major Otterstedt requested that Page 6 of the draft minutes of the Council’s 24 September 2000 meeting be corrected as follows: BECI was organized by district, with New York divided into three districts: western, eastern, and southern New York. The bureau was then regionalized with the investigating staff answering to the regional uniformed captains. Councilor Schwab moved that the Minutes of MRAC’s 24 September 2000 meeting be accepted as corrected. The minutes were unanimously accepted as corrected.
