Chairman Wise announced that the present meeting would be devoted largely to the review of bills dealing with marine resources that have been introduced into the current session of the State Legislature.

The draft minutes of the 10 January 2006 Council meeting could not be voted on at the 21 March 2006 Council meeting because there was not a quorum of councilors at that meeting.  They were approved as written at the present meeting.

The draft minutes of the Council's 21 March 2006 meeting were also approved as written.
