The draft minutes of the Council's 19 September 2006 meeting were approved as written.  The draft minutes of the Council's 14 November 2006 meeting were accepted with the following revision, under the heading Use of Regulated Marine Species as Bait, change the last line of paragraph 7 to read "Captain Thumm will provide information to the Council from previous monthly enforcement reports where either undersized tautog and/or scup were specifically mentioned."
